    I have received two text messages from this business that I have NO affiliation with referring to a property I have no direct affiliation with. This business appears to be using unscrupulous methods of obtaining phone numbers to reach out and prey on vulnerable individuals.

    Good afternoon Mr. **************** received your inquiry and understand that there is no affiliation between you and our company. The primary reason we reached is, we genuinely believed you were the homeowner or heir to the homeowner for a property that went into foreclosure. Our main goal as an organization is to help people who have gone through foreclosure recover funds owed to them, to move past that terrible situation. In our attempt to find these homeowners/heirs, we sometimes get it wrong, and reach out to people who have no dealings with the property in question. That said, we will discontinue any contact with you and have placed you on our Do Not Disturb (DND) list to ensure you don't receive subsequent correspondence. Thanks in advance!
