Contacted Hornbuckle in May ***************************************************************************************************** ******* **. Hornbuckle agreed to make the necessary corrections. After getting the approval from the ******* installer, i provided the information to Hornbuckle, who I've had multiple conversations, to include taking my vehicle to their shop on at least two occasions. From saying they haven't been able to contact the ******* installer to not returning my calls or texts I've received nothing but a run-around from Hornbuckle; despite having provided the confirmation/approval to do the work. Between August 15 and August 25 I sent messages about every 2-3 days and received absolutely no response from them. I have since had to get my vehicle back to the ******* shop to make the corrections. The 6 1/2 - 7 hour round trip, was totally unnecessary. I can't attest to Hornbuckle's quality of work, but i can confirm that the professionalism, and basic courteous to a customer is an absolute zero on a scale of ****. I'm only giving them one star because in can't leave it blank.

I have had several models done by the Hornbuckle Auto and his detailing Team with excellent results. I cannot speak for the "Past" but I can speak from my experience to the "Now" in 2023. From PPF to paint correction and ceramic coatings has been exemplary. If I had an issues with the work done by this business, I would be at the front door discussing what needs to be corrected in a timely matter. I would recommend this Business and appreciate ****'s professional candor towards customer satisfaction and his new Teams Skillsets.

Terrible quality work done on my brand new vehicle. Even worse, is that the owner ***** repeatedly attempts to justify the work done. After paying $900 for window tinting, every section of glass is in need to be redone. The windshield has a bubble in the film, the drivers door has a bubble in the film, the sunroof film is misaligned showing daylight around the edges, the back window film is misaligned showing daylight around the edges. All four doors have 1/8 gaps between the top of the film and edge of the glass. This large gap was never mentioned or advertised by **** as their method of installation, as to which he claims privately is the industry standard, like this is the first vehicle Ive had tint installed on. I have gone back and fourth with this company for the last few weeks after having the tint originally installed on 7/12/22 with no hope to see my money returned. I refuse to allow them to touch my vehicle again and I am asking for a full refund so I can have my vehicles windows fixed correctly by someone I trust to do the job right but **** is unwilling to commit to refunding me and offers to partially refund me for the sunroof and rear glass only. This company apparently likes to cherry pick customers vehicles to have their experienced film installer work on and sadly my vehicle did not make the cut. So I am stuck with a $900 tint job that is bubbled and crooked on my brand new vehicle.
