In 2019 I went to get brake pads changed at Brakes for less, they offered free pads for life. Roughly a year later I go in to get the pads changed and they tell me the rotors are bad and needed to be replaced. They charged me $350-$400 or so for just the front rotors the pads were free. I asked why there were no squealers on the pads to notify me when they needed to be changed and the employee gave me an unreasonable explanation that they dont make pads with squealers for my vehicle. A few months later the rear pads needed to be changed so I take the vehicle in, once again, they say I needed new rotors. A year later the front pads needed to be replaced, they tell me I need new rotors. Im extremely upset now and the guy tells me to being it in at a certain mileage to avoid needing new rotors, less than a year later, I bring it in early, to avoid paying for new rotors. The technician tells me the pads are ok and to bring it back in 6 months. Three months later I can feel them rubbing so I take it in, still trying to get my free pads and once again, they tell me I need new front rotors. Ive had vehicles my entire life and never had to purchase as many sets of new rotors as I have since dealing with Brakes For Less. The company is scamming the public with free pads for life because they use pads with NO SQUEALERS, so the vehicles owner doesnt know when to bring it in for pads until the rotors are already damaged!

************ is incorrect in his assertions. He first came to our shop in July of 2017 when we replaced his front pads and rotors. He returned in April of 2022 and we replaced his front pads and rotors at that time and did not charge him for the pads as we absolutely honor our lifetime pads. He had his rear pads and rotors replaced in January of 2019. He returned in June of 2022 and we replaced his rear pads and rotors but did not charge him for the pads as, again, we honor our lifetime warranty pads. It was 5 years before he needed to replace the front pads and rotors and 4 before he needed to replace the rear pads and rotors. Moreover, between 2019 and 2022, he drove ****** miles. He drove ***** miles alone between April and June of 2022.  The mileage this morning was over *******. That's more than ****** miles in a year and a half. This is not deceptive or a scam. It is completely reasonable to need new pads and rotors based on the amount of **************** driving. In addition, ************ was EXTREMELY loud, abusive, and vulgar in our shop this morning. He screamed the **word at my employee many times to voice his displeasure. Based upon his behavior, he is no longer welcome at our place of business. We will absolutely not repair any vehicle that belongs to him. If he steps foot on our property, we will have ********** police ****** him off. We are more than reasonbal and will not allow our employees to suffer his extremely uncalled for abuse.

I inadvertently attached an invoice twice. This is the one I meant to send as well.
