    On 6 May 24, at approximately 1530 I took my vehicle which is just over 30 days old to be washed. After being told that it was just dusty I proceeded to grab a bite to eat. After returning to my car my rain sensors made my wipers come on. They were entangled and one forced its way on. I did notice that the one blade was sitting up. When the wipers reacted and came on it started dragging. It also scratched my windshield. I know that it was working this morning just fine as it was raining when I went to work at 0630. I called **** and was told that they had to see it with their own eyes after I told him, ****, that I was going to get it repaired as I didn't want to get caught in the rain and not have wipers. He says that he can take it apart and see what is wrong. I'm not ok with a shade tree mechanic working on my new vehicle. He says to be there when they open at 0830. So if it is raining what am I to do? Poorest customer care and terrible establishment. If you value your vehicle DO NOT take it to Lees. I was on the phone with a friend and she said that someone stole her handicap decal when she took her vehicle there. **** says that he is going to check the cameras. Dollars to donuts that this will be an issue come tomorrow morning. As this business seems shady from the jump. 8d you pull the footage why wouldn't a picture be sufficient? I jau would not recommend them at all. I should have followed my first kind and taken it to On the Spot. Will post more after my visit. He damage to my windshield has never livid.

    The company has contacted me directly and satisfactorily resolved the issue. So please close with positive notes. Very company has issues, but if they are big enough to admit and resolve them to customer satisfaction we understand and respect.
