    I had a recent charge for 6 dollars at a gas station mid last week. I forgot about it and thought it was charged. I fell ill that same week same week and couldn't work that weekend. The 6 dollars didn't come out till the following Monday and I had a few bills come out over the weekend. They then charged me $30 for a $6 charge and called it a return fee. I spoke to their supervisor and they refused to listen to reason. This company is a scam, don't use anything connected to them or if they can they will try to get over on you. They are what most would consider a bottom feeder in society.

    Probably the rudest debt collector Ive ever experienced. Not sure how or why **************** would want to work with them but, from now on, I refuse to use any company that works with them. Essentially, I switched to a new bank and for whatever reason (CheckRedi says insufficient funds) my bank rejected it. It doesnt appear in my account details. But typically when a mistake is made and you reach out to the company looking for some sort of forgiveness (especially one that you pretty exclusively use) they are typically pretty understanding. Checkredi essentially tells you, it was in the terms and serves and to deal with it. So that $30 purchase becomes an absurd $100 purchase and thats just insane to me.So if you see any rewards company using this company steer away very far away. Also what kinda company sends an accidental returned payment immediately to collections??? I guess thats a question better suited for ******.

    They would not accept a letter from my bank explaining there was fraud on my account and that was the reason a transaction was returned. The letter explained everything but did not state the exact date the fraud happened so they refused to refund the $25.00 fee. Terrible customer service and horrible business practice. I feel violated AGAIN.

    $50 for a returned fee for insufficient funds is absolutely outrageous!! In an economic climate such as the one we are currently experiencing mistakes happen and CHECKredis unwillingness to budge on the ridiculous $50 fee for a $30 returned transaction is totally unfair, unjustified and completely unnecessary!! I have never heard of such an outrageously high fee. $25-$30 is reasonable and from what Ive seen from ****** is the normal rate with literally every other company! This is the definition of price gouging. This was an unauthorized fee stolen from my account!!

    I used them to save some money on gas at ******** 66. Never had an issue until now. It took them longer than expected to charge my account and by then I unexpected expenses came up where I couldnt cover it. I immediately had my account closed and got sent to collections. I called them to try to explain my situation that Im a disabled veteran and full time student going through hard *************** right now and respectfully asked if I could have the $30 fee be waived and I would be more than happy to settle my account and pay the $31.48 I owed. However I got nothing but disrespectful, judgmental, cold responses from them saying our policy has no leniency blablabla. Avoid this company like the plague. If anyone from Philips 66 is seeing this, please get rid of this shady company you are doing business with, it gives your brand a bad name because I wont be doing business with you anymore due to this incident.

    Terrible service and sketchy practices. The fees are obscene for no reason. Ignored contestment and withdrew fees anyways, causing my card to decline multiple more times. They stole all that over $0.73 Avoid CHECKreeeee and their partners at all costs.

    I got a gas card from a Circle K gas station in ************** Tex and I got gas on the 18th of July for $9.44 but they didnt take it out right away and on the 20th of July my account was compromised and I had to get a new bank account number then on the 21st of July I got an email from checkredi saying they were going to charge me $9.44 for the gas plus $30 dollar fee. They didnt even give me a chance to give them the new account number. Im trying to dispute the $30 fee but I havent been able to reach them. I just want to let others know not to get gas cards from CircleK. Thank you
