    For over three months, I have had issues with communication from ****************** and now, the ******************* I am a parent of a current freshman and I have contacted numerous people on numerous occasions via email, phone, to no avail. I have only had my request for a return phone call once, after two months of requests. During that call, I was assured my issues were taken care of, however almost a month later, is still not resolved. Now, after several emails, calls, and even making the 6 hour trip in person, none of the three secretaries will acknowledge my request for a meeting with the University President or cabinet member, regarding the lack of service and frequently cancelled classes.I have contacted the state and federal higher education governing bodies, and they all say that they cannot accept my complaint, due to it not being some type of fraud or mishandling of finances. However, as a concerned parent, and consumer who is responsible for $20,000 in tuition, I'm hoping there is some type of recourse for this extreme amount of gatekeeping and the strain this is causing my family.With a school motto of "Service is Sovereignty", it is absurd that I am being completely ignored and I feel that this is more that just a customer service issue, as the well being of and calibur of education my child receives is a factor.

    I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MY TAX PREPAYOR THAT MY 18 YEAR OLD CHILD 2023 TAX RETURN WAS ALREADY SUBMITTED BY SOMEONE ELSE. THE UNIVERSITY OF *** HAS STOLEN HER SSN AND FILED THE RETURN ALONG WITH MOST OTHER FRESHMAN STUDENTS THIS YEAR. I WANT THEM TO UPDATE THE *** THEY WERE NOT LEGALLY ALLOWED TO CLAIM HER, THEY ARE NOT HER PARENT, DID NOT PROVIDE CARE FOR HER AND DID NOT HAVE ME OR DESTINY PERMISSION TO FILE HER 2023 TAX RETURN. I WANT AN UPDATE FROM UNIVERSITY OF *** THAT THEY HAVE SUBMITTED THE FALSE REPORT TO THE *** SO WE CAN FILE AS WE ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO DO. I WANT A RESPONSE WITH THE CORRECTED ACTION ASAP

    Alabama *** advertised in June that if a season ticket is purchased then that would include a free season parking pass. I purchased the season ticket for $199 only for that reason. I've called many times for the season pass and keep being told it is coming. The first game is around 2 weeks away and I still have not received my season parking pass. Also, I requested that my season tickets be mailed to me which I was told would happen. They have not. I did received an email of the tickets. I believe I was told anything in order to buy a season pass to the football games.
