    This complaint is related to work done by TNB (TNB) Construction and Concrete on a patio for a unit in my condominium community, ********************** ark (TVARP), ********************************. TNBs work started on June 22, 2022 and it involved renovating a condominium units patio primarily putting in a concrete slab and walkway. TNB had to return to replace part of the concrete because of a quality problem with the initial concrete laying. During this entire project, TNB displayed a total disregard for the condo community's common property by scaring and staining our recently re-sealed asphalt alleyways which cost the ************************* over $50,000 and staining our main private street. TNB also left mud, trash, dirt, concrete stained water, tire tracks in the lawns, and pieces of concrete around our private condo community. I understand this type of work can be messy but there was no attempt to clean-up their mess or repair the damage. After 7 weeks of trying to get TNB to clean-up and re-seal the asphalt, they finally came back to re-seal the damaged asphalt on August 8, 2022. I talked with TNB employee to ensure they knew which areas to re-seal. The response I got was belligerent and uncooperative and they never did completely clean-up their mess. The mess TNB left, the lack of respect for the private condo property, and the poor attitude displayed by their employees explains the negative reviews TNB has on the Better Business Bureaus website.
