      I hired **** from Denaro Family Builders to rebuild my deck and add a sunroom. The sunroom initially seemed great, but unfortunately, after the first rain, I noticed a leak in the roof. I immediately contacted ****, hoping for a quick resolution, but it took a full month before he came out to address the issue. Throughout this time, he repeatedly told me hed be coming but failed to show up, and I never received any follow-up calls or texts. I had to reach out to him each time to get updates on when hed actually come fix the problem.**** asked me to write a review right away when the project was finished, but I held off because I didnt want leave a premature review. However, as time went on, it became clear that the issues with communication and reliability were persistent. Throughout the project, **** would often ignore my calls and messages. He would tell us he was coming, but either wouldnt show up or would show up late, even when we adjusted our schedules to meet him at times that worked best for him. This led to us losing money from work, as we had to leave early to meet with him, only for him to be late or not show up at all.The biggest frustration is the lack of follow-through once the money was received. I paid him $10,000 to rebuild my deck and $14,500 to build the sunroom, and after getting paid, his attitude seemed to change. I havent been able to get him to respond to any follow-up communication, and its been a huge disappointment.While the initial work seemed fine, the lack of responsiveness, reliability, and accountability has made this a very frustrating experience overall. I would advise potential customers to be cautious when considering **********************, especially if you value clear communication and follow-through after the job is paid for. We now have to find another contractor to come figure out the leak situation costing us even more money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!
