    I think the customer service is very poor. I have tried on numerous occasions to pay my bill online and have incrued 2 late penalties due from lack of cooperation and assistance from the customer service representative. I have tried to change my address 3 times, I have not been getting statements from this company except for 8 months in the 4 1/2 years since I have had my credit card with them. I am very disappointed and displeased. I feel they should correct my late payment history, as they were paid online no later than the 5 day grace ******* I have had no statements that would allow me the access of purchases and have the suspicion of fraud, but, ***** to check it, as, I can't collaborate without a statement of all my purchases.
