When my debit card was going to expire they automatically mailed a replacement card in an envelope that obviously contained a card. That envelope was stolen in the mailing process. Redstone Federal Credit Unions authorization process was so ineffective that thieves were able to activate the stolen card and establish their own pin as part of the activation. The thieves then proceeded to withdraw funds from our account at their *** and use that card to make many purchases with the total theft equalling almost $5000. Despite the fact that they have the actual video footage of the thieves from the *** machine, as well as the suspicious nature of the purchases, Redstone Federal Credit Union is claiming that they will not verify that it was theft and therefore will not be returning any of our stolen funds.

I have been contacted by a credit agency with whom I have no contracted, related to a Redstone Federal Credit Union **** credit card that I had. There was a reported account balance of $203.23. It is unclear if this amount is still being claimed as being due; however, the principal amount was paid in full and this entire balance is fees that were charged to the account after a ********************** of fees was requested, so the entire account balance is fees on top of fees on top of fees. If a balance is still being claimed as being due (unclear), the balance need to be credited and negative remarks removed,
