We set up a plan for our two boxers to be board and trained. After the verbal plan of helping them be less reactive to noises and be ready on leashes for public and things like hiking were made, we dropped them off almost three weeks ago. It took over a week to get contact from them and even then it was not the trainer we had made the plan with. He has yet to answer any emails of all my concerns. I did have an assistant I guess who said she was assisting him contact a few times. She made contact after I tracked down them to please contact me through a previous client who knew a different trainer of theirs. My concerns started when I got first pictures. One boxer was losing weight and I asked how she was I was told she was eating and using the bathroom well. I asked for contact if it continues. I was told they were doing great and it was moving along as planned to not worry. Almost two weeks later they changed to them being very skittish and I would need to do most of the training. (They were already potty trained, ***** trained, knew how to sit, and they new to lay on beds. I did that a year ago and was not part of their service I paid for) I have not got a response from the trainer yet. They have been picked up two days early. One boxer is sick and has a uti also lost so much weight she is malnourished even her spine and hip bone protrude and the other runs from noises on a leash now. They did not do right by my dogs and there were many other issues to list. We spent a lot of money to a good spoken salesman and when they didnt provide proof of any services or answer any emails of concern we got them early. Do not trust their post as well. I noticed a false post with my dogs put to their website by someone that I didnt know saying thanks to them. I am heart broken for what they have done and none matches what we were told would be how they train.

I sent my juvenile puppy (7 months) to Confident Canines for a 3 week board and train program, expressing my desires to be able to take him hiking and to public venues. I was assured this would be more than possible at the end of the training. The first day of training was delayed, and now I am being asked to pick up my dog 3 days early, and being told that he is still pulling and whining when around other dogs. I asked for a partial discount, given that this was a 3 week agreement and, by no fault of mg own, I am being asked to collect my dog early for personal reasons the trainer is having. Everyone I dealt with (****** and ******) were very kind, but the fact remains that I shouldnt have to pay for something I did not fully receive - not to mention my dog will not be as promised.
