      I have been bringing 8 tablecloths to this cleaner for at least 2 years, 4 times a year. The last cleaning was late October, 2022! In getting ready for our HOA Holiday Party, I brought the tablecloths out and we were putting them on the table when we noticed there were large discolorations, like scorched on each of the 8 table cloths. I immediately took photos, called Red Hanger Cleaners and sent the photos to them. Since there was not time to take them back, it was after the Christmas Holiday that I took these back. The supervisor of the ironing/pressing came out and told me this was not scorched, she would never use a high heat on poly material. Instead she said "the other worker who helps me is shorter than I am, so this is diet where they dragged on the floor". Now I am certain no expert, but I do know the difference between dirt and scorched. They assured me this would come out. I gave them 4 weeks to get these cleaned and ready to take back to our clubhouse, however when I went to pick them up, there were tags saying "we're sorry but we tried so very hard to revoke these stains and we couldn't"! I asked to speak with the owner, the checkout employee told me he was in the back and she would get him. I waited probably 5 minutes, and I see her coming not from the back where she went out, but coming from the side parking lot. Her face was really red, and she said "he won't talk to you, he doesn't care about his customers and he is not a very nice man, Even if he came in he would be so ugly to you". There are a total of 8 tablecloths, 4 round and 4 rectangular. The cost to clean these 8 pieces is usually around $110.00. I would like a refund of these charges.
