1 starTerrible company. Zero respect and no accommodations available for customers with disabilities. Would not recommend doing business with this company but unfortunately they have a monopoly on electricity in this area so customers are stuck with rude and disrespectful service.Review fromTerry C

1 starCan charge anyone what ever they choose. Last two bills were between $45 and $58 then out of the blue $131. They responded I guess you used more wattage than the previous months. Im there 4 days a week and turn air down when I leave.? I guess it was my turn to get screwed by Huntsville Utilities. Look out!Review fromA. CUSTOMER L

Instead of giving yourself huge bonuses, why don't you upgrade the infrastructure? I have never seen so many power outages.

Dear ************************* (we're guessing based on the email address, please forgive any errors),We realize the weather and events of last Saturday were extremely inconvenient for customers, especially considering the fact that it was also Christmas Eve. Not only did the extremely low temperatures and corresponding record-high demand cause some service issues, but Huntsville Utilities was also subject to mandatory reductions by TVA, exacerbating the problems. We thank you for your patience and for reaching out with your comment. The only thing left to add is, as public employees, Huntsville Utilities employees do not receive bonuses.Thank you and we hope you have a Happy New Year.
