    Price $6465 agreed to march 23rd. Fence installed same week. Contacted by email may 26th no reply. Where I work I wasnt able to receive calls on my cell phone and had a messedge July 2nd and returned the call that went unanswered with a voice mail left. July 12th recieved the next call and called back 20mins later and left another voicemail with no reply back again. Offered to schedule for that Monday at 9 I was home and no one ever came so I went back to work. During this time I was also in contact with *** on june 3rd I followed up the 24th since he had not responded or sent anyone out. I was told he was sick and I replied back June 28th and July 9th with no responses back. All of this was to try to get warranty service completed on my fence. I have boards that where never installed, nails that didnt get driven into boards, boards that split due to bad craftsmanship, boards that warped due to not being properly secured, and gaps in the wood. All of this has been sent multiple times to them and they have never made an attempt to truly complete the work or do any warranty work they offered in the 1 year warranty. At this point I would prefer a partial refund for an appropriate amount. With some of these issues I dont believe the work should of ever been considered as completed do to not all boards being attached and missing screws and nails other issues bring down the value of the fence and property. All evidence is in photos and has already been sent to the business.

    ***** has every right to be upset. He did send me an email asking me to repair his fence a few months ago. I did send his job to repair to several of our repair technicians. Unfortunately his phone number was left off of the Contract and each of the guys had no way of contacting him. That is 100 percent my fault. I am very sorry for dropping the ball. I have my technician in contact with ***** now and it will be taken care of on Monday. I am not trying to make excuses for my own lack of awareness. I always make sure that my customers are taken care of but unfortunately I am one person doing many things and I just dropped the ball on him. He will be taken care of. I have the best intensions but I am not perfect.
