    Taking too long to get anything done. Can never give me a starting or finishing date to complete anything. People that they hire come when that get ready 1,2,3 weeks later. One item, task or job is done at a time. It seems company gave me 3 different move in dates for me to come home. It took 14 months, 2 weeks and 3 days for the final inspection. Problems that need to be addressed in what my kitchen has air bubbles. Waiting to purchase dining set until it is done. No lock on patio door that I think a locksmith can provide. I have a hole on the right side of the house that has been drilled out. Why? and it is not covered. Main issues: 1. Kitchen and bathroom floor has air bubbles. 2. Vinyl siding for the front of the house is not done yet. 3. All closet areas need a rod moved. They&#**;re too high and close to the wall. 4. Linen closet is a regular door. 5. Laundry room needs shelf. 6. Bath rod in ** bedroom need bolted or screwed in wall. 7. Ceiling in den needs painting. 8. Front door needs peep hole. 9. Kitchen counter is separating on the sides. 10. MB bathroom light is close to cabinet to reach in and place a bulb. 11. Mirror cabinet needs to be moved away from wall to have access to the outlet.12. Both bathrooms need a towel rod. 13. They need to figure out why all 3 ceiling fans led lights are flashing all the time. 14. you can still see where a door was replaced in the first bedroom on the right. 15. all paint even the touch paint should be the exact same color that is on the walls. 16. can see plainly where areas were touched up.

    Before the arrival of Servpro, my family was able to use dehumidifiers and fans to alleviate the majority of the moisture. The employee from Servpro said hed never seen a customer do that. Instead he brought in an excess of their equipment to place but never plugged it in or turned it on After telling us that it would be checked. We already were aware that our equipment was blowing the breaker. Despite assurances their equipment was left and we were charged for it and I insisted that they come get it immediately because it was not usable. The employees were told not to come back without calling first and getting approval because we just had a family member out of the hospital and needed rest. They showed up at 9 AM and were turned away. They never finished the job and left much sheet rock and linoleum residue that is a health concern to my family. They were asked to test for Asbestos which was never done. One of the Servpro employees broke down the linoleum and sheet rock indoor 10 feet away from the furnace and left a fine layer of dust over everything. Servpro was asked for an itemized bill many times during and after their service and the client was never given anything but a lump sum after the fact. Calls were made and managers spoken to about the situation and their work was never finished. When they scraped up the top level of linoleum and they left the glue down backing stuck to the floor and it has been a health concern. There is still much sheet rock chunks left. When they have been contacted they said the job was done but there is a lot of work left over that the homeowners have had to try to do around their own failing health and *****. Their lack of transparency and integrity have been noted and the quality of their work is very lacking. Their failure to provide an adequate service has put my family and pets at risk. Would not recommend their business. Managers never returned calls and homeowners being charged for equipment not used, And unfinished job.

    1-9-2023  We received a call from the ********* today saying they are going to pay their outstanding balance by this Wednesday so I believe everything should be resolved.  Here is a photo of our equipment on the job at their residence.
