    What a ripoff company! I'm an avid chess fan (and ******), and rather than purchase a chess product on Amazon, I figured I'd give a company dedicated to chess a chance...what a mistake! I bought a USCF hat from their website, paid $8 shipping for an $18 hat, received it, and it didn't fit (picture *******************). Simple enough, I figured I'd return it and at least get $10 back when factoring in the shipping I paid for. NOPE! They said I'd have to pay another $8 to ship it back, then pay a 25% restocking fee, so that, if I returned the item, I would actually lose money!!! When I told them this, they said: "Yes, Unfortunately it will cost more to return the the item than the actual value,"I've never in my life heard of such nonsense! I've spent $20,000 on Amazon this year alone, and everything ships free, with free returns, no restocking fees, and no headaches. I will never order from this company again!

    Per the terms and conditions of the sale, the customer would be responsible for returning the item if they would like an exchange or refund. Unfortunately we are not able to provide a return shipping label. Should the original order have received a free shipping promotion, we will deduct the amount paid by our company to ship the order to you from any potential refund.All returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be waived if the item is being returned for an exchange or store credit. Restocking fee is not applicable for returns on damaged or defective merchandise.You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the item return.

    This business sends out wrong items and then makes you pay for return shipping and packaging. It is a fraudulent business. It has multiple bad reviews. I do not recommend purchasing any products from them.

    The customer emailed us on 8/17 in regard to receiving an incorrect travel set and we replied and apologized via email on 8/18, attaching a prepaid label with return instructions. The customer has already been emailed a prepaid label and it will not cost him anything to return the item. He will be issued a full refund once the return has been received and processed.
