    Terrible communication between sales, templating, and install. Multiple appointments due to their unpreparedness. Even though things were made right in the end Im still finding ways to cover up the mistakes they made in a very expensive bathroom remodel. As previously stated in a review the owner couldnt be bothered to talk to us directly. The manager of the Huntsville office is about their only redeeming factor. But I will use any and every other stone dealer in our area before I will use them.

    I financed to have countertops installed and was later called to ask me for &****** more. I refused because it was not the original agreement. The owner has yet to respond as to how they will reverse this financing . I returned to the company to pick up my sink and they are suppose to call me on the decision to reverse this bogus financing for promises they could not keep.
