    I bought a hat from this business in late December 2022. It was too big and went to return it on 02/01/2023. I had the original receipt and bag the hat came in. The hat was never worn and is in perfect condition but the manager said he couldnt exchange it because it was dirty, which is a flat out lie. We left (very angry) but still we left so I wouldnt cause a scene and the employee (he said he was the manager) followed us out of the store and tried to escalate the problem by harassing me.
