Drastically overcharged me. Labor rate was $320 per hour to replace a squirrel cage fan in my HVAC. Only the fan was broken. I had to buy the fan and motor at a cost of $400!Refused to give a copy of the bill.It is late November I need a heating system. They took advantage of me.

Upon arrival to the residence, ************** quickly went to work diagnosing the issue. He found that the inducer fan motor was broken and needed to be replaced. He then informed ****************** that the total cost of the repair would be $720.40. This price includes the service call trip charge, diagnostic, part, and labor. When the service call was scheduled, ****************** was made aware that the service call trip charge and diagnostic was $119.00. In addition, if any repairs were needed there would be parts and labor cost incurred as well. ****************** then asked for a copy of the invoice and was told our technicians do not have the capability to print in our trucks but we would be glad to email and/or mail him a copy the following day. We are sorry ****************** feels this way but are confident we provided quality repair work and a fair price.Review fromIris H
