    Elite heating and cooling (***** and ******) estimate remove old hvac including ductwork, install new 4ton bozch w/gas furnace, 2 each 9k mini split, 1 each 18k 2 head **** split with all material and labor. Estimate may 20, 2024. Promised for may 24 w/14 techs & all material on site at 6 am. I accepted with requirement to maintain attic and outside in original state. Did not start until may 28. Material and techs not on site as Promised. May 29, 30 and 31 still working. Jun 1 reported 18k unit froze up and not working, dispatcher promised tech would call and come out, Jun 3 tech picking up.parts w/ no known trouble shooting done. Some cleanup and hole closure done. Will come back to finish attic. I reported filter door, hole in floor, fan speed nd furnace vent not done. Jun 5 tehs cleaned attic. Jun 7 paid in full. Aug 6 reported water on top of inside unit and running down side. Aug 14 finally fixed water prob and hole in floor. Promised for tech to fix remaining items. Did not show, called and texted owner and salesman, no response, owner blocked my calls and texts, salesman will not respondto either. At this time the contract is not being honored by elite as I have no route to contact anyone to get this completed as promised.

    June 26, 2024 American Home Shield (AHS) contracted Elite to perform a diagnostic report on my **. Upon arrival the techs stated it was an electrical issue . While the techs were here, our electrician came and verified it was not. Then the techs determined that the issue was a bad compressor. They consulted with their boss and took photos. Determined unit manufactured in 1992. Likely would need replacement. AHS would let them know how to proceed.AHS can not proceed because Elite will not complete the job by providing a diagnostic report and it has been 3 weeks since their visit. I have spoken 3 times with Elite and sent 2 text messages. Each phone call resulted in we will get the tech to send a report. No response to the text. I was informed by AHS that they have not received a report but that they Elite had scheduled a service call for June 26 and that it was a heat pump.My house has a split HV** system with a natural gas furnace in the cellar and an electric ** unit outside - no heat pump. The tech went into the cellar and saw the furnace,With the elapsed time frame I am unsure if they recall my diagnostic service.Elite has been unprofessional in handling this matter. A couple of days, after the techs came, I found the breaker pulled, left out in the rain and another part in the area next to the ** unit.Elites actions or lack thereof have left us in limbo for 3 weeks in obtaining an ** repair with this extreme summer heat.
