  ***** is great! Got me up and running quick and at a fair price. I thought I needed a new unit, but they got me back up and going for under 300 bucks!! We will be calling them again.

  My mother had a *********** Technician come to her home for maintenance service on her heating unit. When he walked into her home, he asked her if she had any problems, and she replied no. He opened the box or case in which the coils, wires, and rotors were and stated, "Oh, you do have a problem. He said that there was an oil leak; the oil was leaking on the coils. He showed her where the oil was supposed to have been leaking and asked her to see if she could feel the oil. He told her that it had to be repaired. It was going to cost $2,900.00. He also stated that the rotors were about to wear out and that there was no sense in fixing all of that when she could get a new unit. He then told her that a new unit would cost $6,978.00. I called my mother, and she stated they were at the house; she then passed the phone to the technician. He then explained to me what he told her, and the unit was old; by the way, it was only 11 years old. I later stopped by my moms place to look at the proposal he left. We decided to get a second opinion. A technician came by about an hour and a half after *********** left. He came in, checked everything, including the coil rotors, and went outside to check for leaks. He couldnt find anything wrong with the unit. My mom is eighty-nine years old, and I feel *********** was taking advantage of her. We both have maintenance contracts with them; never again will I do business with them.
