Reached out to Bart ********************** builder rep on Aug 29, got the estimate on Nov 2. Despite agreeing to the estimate for a simple renovation, they couldn't meet my timeline. Waited eagerly, only to find out they couldn't scale down with subcontractors. Feels like my project wasn't a priority. *************** appears to be a concern. Wouldn't recommend based on my experience.

*********, I hate that you chose to hide behind a keyboard and attempt to tarnish my outstanding reputation in the building industry rather than call me directly to discuss your concerns. My Construction Manager communicated with you that we would not be able to start your project until after the holidays. You asked for a definite timeline which we cannot project until we get closer to starting your project. We were transparent and honest in all discussions, and you were the one that first mentioned that your project may not be a good fit for either of us. This is the reason we are not doing your project as it must be a good fit for both parties. I find it ironic that I have been blessed with hundreds of satisfied customers over the years with zero complaints and I am getting a complaint from you whom I have never done any work for. We also did not have an executed contract which is even more confusing about your complaint. I know you are eager to get started on your project and I hate that we could not meet your demands. We wish you luck to find a reputable contractor to meet your demands.
