    This regarding things that have been sent to the office to be repaired and it still wasnt resolved. Shower, baseboard, nail pops, dishwasher, breaker keep tripping, dry vent, kitchen floors, closet door, regular doors, bathroom floor, flooring in all rooms and driveway. These are things that need to be evaluated in person and not pictures.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, however I would like to state that I did email ************ (at the email provided) as seen in the attachment on February 22nd, 2023. I could not find where on the portal to reach out so I would also like to know how to get there. Thank you!

    I apologize for the inconvenience I may have caused you by not returning your phone communications however my email is available: *********************************************************** You may also communicate to us through your Pay*** account through the requests tab.As for the main issue, the vehicles parked at the corner, the *** is addressing this. In January we mailed out an Enforcement Policy for violations such as that. While I am not at liberty to discuss the status of any violation for any resident, unresolved violations will result in monetary fines that will continuously be applied until the matter is resolved.
