    Seeking a need for investigative help, I hired Macky ********************** to search, gather & submit a complete report of evidence found. I provided information to search, yet none of this information is reflected on the report, thereby, the report I received on 3/14/25 is incomplete. His contract says 12 hours of investigative service, within a 30 day period, yet he put my case in the hands of an hourly employee who searched essential, and very nonessential information on a 1 day shift (3/6/25), and again, without digital search of ALL provided information. Before contacting BBB, *** sent 2-4 emails asking Mr. ********************** to handle this matter himself by sending me the detailed & complete report of information; instead, hes stubbornly refused to make it right, and threatened to charge me more! In trust, I did not refuse business owner, Macky **********************, Private Investigator, his FULL, in advance, charge of $2400. to render legitimate, complete digital investigative services, therefore I, should not be expected to accept a PARTIAL, incomplete report. His have the other (ph#, tablet#, & username) info to complete my report. This is a very private matter, yet, *** had to seek a public forum for assistance because a private investigator chooses to take advantage of anothers vulnerability. Im very sure he wouldnt be as dismissive if his own needed his service. Shame on him! I have other matters to attend to, and my COMPLETE, investigative report that was promised & paid for, is necessary for me to have as evidence. Please help. Thank You.

    Hello, I will be happy to meet in person in the presence of a BBB official and review the contract and report. Please let me know a time and we can meet up. I will not, however, accept any dialogue that involves "bashing" me or my employees.

    Today, 4/4/25 marks the 7 calendar days from when business responded (3/28) to my complaint, yet I go site and see you have closed file(?).  When business saw/read my complaint, he sent me a text, not to make right how hes mishandled my case, but to show contempt of me making a greviance, and trying to make me meet up with him in ***********; I told him no, and asked again (after multiple emails) to complete my report.  He stated very unprofessional comments (he knows) about the type of report he would send rather than the truth.  I am done with the insults to injury  of Mr *********************** and am very revgretful for trusting him to do whats right as his client.  Ive been advised to count this experience as an expensive loss.  He must not contact me ever again.
