      On 2/1/22, I paid ********************* $3700 deposit for yard work to be completed. In May, I reached out to say I was putting the project on hold. In July, I decided to sell my home and requested a full refund. I was told they didnt have the money to refund. Finally, in November I was refunded $700. Im still owed $3,000 + interest as discussed via emails in which they agreed to pay interest. Its now July, 2023 and still havent received the full amount owed.

      We originally agreed to the repayment of the contract amount. This has since been to court in which we agreed to pay $3000.00 plus filing fees. Our attorney who is handling this will be making contact via mail to ***** so we can both have closure.

      On April 18, 2022 Sweet Magnolia Landscaping and Irrigation gave us a quote on a job involving resurfacing of our front sidewalk and installing a drainage system in our front yard. The contract was sent to **, and we agreed to pay the down payment of $1500.00. On April 21, 2022 we paid the down payment. As of May 18, 2023 the job still has not been completed. We have asked through text messages and phone calls for the job to be completed and/or our money to be refunded. The owner refused to refund our money and stated that the job will be completed. However, we have heard nothing but excuses as to why it has taken them over a year to complete this job. In its current state, our front yard is a safety hazard. There are ditches in our yard and around our sidewalk, which is a liability to **. The last time the owner responded to our messages was May 1, ****************************************************** the next couple of weeks, but we have yet to see anyone. On May 11, 2023 the owner stated that the hole by the sidewalk would be completed by next week. No further work has been done, and the owner refuses to answer text messages or phone calls. All we are asking for is the job to be completed.

      I was quoted $1368 for the materials (attached), to be paid in advance, for repairs to my low voltage light system. I paid for this with my check #**** (attached) on August 30, 2022. I was quoted $450 for a controller upgrade to my irrigation system (attached). I paid for this with my check #**** (attached) on September 22, 2022. I have asked repeatedly for this work to be completed, and all my requests have been ignored. I requested a refund on April 24, 2023, and have not received a refund.

      We paid $3750 (50% down) on Jan 14, 2022 for some landscaping work (grass). Over a year later, we still have no grass. There have been multiple excuses along the way for why he couldn't get the work done. After waiting 15 months, we cannot wait any longer and will have to find someone else to do the work. We are still waiting on the refund (minus the minimal amount of prep work he has done which has just left us with a muddy backyard).

      We will be happy to provide a refund for this project. We we're making good progress on the backyard prior to the Easter deadline for completion. We did not meet that deadline. We did have the back yard sod on order, as we had one more day of prep left on that section of the yard.
