    On June 7, 2024, Yard robotics completed lawn service at *********************************************************************** Employees entered through a gate on my property that they should not have. I was given a window of arrival time, which was around 1pm. However, when I arrived home before 1pm, the service was completed and the team was no longer on the premises. I discovered my lock missing, which they replaced, eventually.On June 12, 2024, I turned on the irrigation system to water the lawn in zone 5, which is the front yard. As the heads came up, the water pressure was very low. I then contacted *************************************. Upon Mr. ********* arrival, he checked the irrigation meter and discovered it was running and turned it off. After walking the property, ******************** discovered a very wet area on the left side near the fruit vines. He stated that in order for him to determine where the leak was, the area needed to be completely dry. Once it dried, his plan was to come back, turn on all irrigation zones to find the leak. ******************** passed away before he could get the job done. I also notified yard robotics of the discoveries.************************* lawn service discovered my pump was bent on June 26, 2024. Again, yard robotics was made aware of this.Madison utilities discovered the leak on July 1, 2024, located in the area where ******************** noted wetness. I notified yard robotics of this too.******** plumbing service made the necessary repairs ($300) on July 2, 2024 and stated the pump was hit which caused the leak. The pump and the irrigation system share the same line.Madison utilities discovered the water consumption started on June 7, 2024, the very same day yard robotics serviced my lawn. Their records also show the water consumption stopped on June 12, 2024, the day it was shut off. I have been billed for ****** ($583, taxes not included) gallons of water due to the leak. Yard robotics is refusing to take responsibility.
