    04/15/2025 Hired ********** for preventative measures in the event I would be served child support documents. During initial consultation I addressed I had two concerns and he stated I should address the first concern of being served and that the other matter of an existing child support order would be its own expense of an additional 3500 to start on it (after seeking outside legal council found that this would not be able to be fixed in the state of Alabama but rather thru Texas, so was deliberately lied to that he could even attempt this matter). First and last time I would hear from him till terminated. Do note no case in motion. Paid a portion of retainer amount of $1500. Lawyers total retainer was in the amount of $3500. And a payment plan of $200 every two weeks.Terminated service for lack of communication on 04/25/2025 Lawyer was to be on standby in the event I was served child support documents. Since lawyer was unable to be contacted and zero feedback from him. I terminated service after multiple attempts to contact to figure out what was going on and why he wasn't answering.After termination I called and asked for my refund of my $1500 and argue with him when he claimed to have performed work. When attempting to dispute this he claimed that my call was also being charged. I notified him that was fraudulent billing since it wasn't legal council. I sent him a formal termination letter containing all info to send me everything he claimed he supposedly worked and give me any and all documents that belong to me. He would do no such thing within a timely manner and at this time failed to do so (5/23/25).He then stopped communication and wouldn't respond for my refund. After multiple attempts for a month he answered with an alias number 5/23/25. Then claimed he would take the entire retainer as well as claiming I owe him ******** seeking help was taken advantage of.I was directed to him thru a third party site. ***********************************

    I was contact on sep 17, 2024 about my granddaughter would be place in ****** care with her brothers and sisters because there mom had an break down. My son sent me the information about an attorney in ********** **** contact Milton E. Yarbrough on sep about the case and he told me what he can and gave me a price of 5000 with 2, 500 down. I sent the 2, 500 on Sep 22, 2024 threw email and he sent a receipt. I contacted him a few days later to see has he file, he said yes. I wait to see if I would get a file number are anymore paperwork are at least a breakdown with the expense. I talk to him several time but no information was given. My granddaughter finally was place with her Uncle and Aunt Sep 29, 2024. I do believe Milton E. Yarbrough didn't represent me as he stated. I did ask for some of my money, he said no. There's nothing done to help me. I never received any other paperwork but a receipt. I do feel I was do wrong and deserve some of my money back. No one should have to go threw this of losing 2, 500 dollars.
