    I am writing to address an issue with *** involving a stolen package. I shipped a package to myself while visiting a family member in *******. The package contained expensive camera gear, and I took out additional insurance due to its high value. Despite this, the package was stolen after delivery.The local dispatcher responsible for deliveries to my address acknowledged that the package was left in an unsafe location. I provided proof of this, and he confirmed that the driver ignored clear signs instructing that all packages must be delivered to the front door. He also informed me that he took internal action with the driver and recommended I file a claim with ***.Following *** instructions, I filed a claim with *********** (claim number 000-04-790634), as the package was shipped through a UPS Store. The original tracking number for the package is 1ZA554250337377113, shipped on August 19 and marked delivered on August 21. Despite the insurance I purchased, *********** denied my claim, citing that their GPS tracker shows the package was delivered to the correct address. However, this does not change the fact that the package was stolen, and I insured the contents for this very reason.The local dispatcher acknowledged that the package was delivered to an incorrect and unsafe location, directly contradicting ***********'s decision. I do not understand how my claim can be denied when I followed ***' procedures and insured the package accordingly. I would like to request a review of this situation, as I have documentation from the dispatcher, and I feel that my claim has been wrongly denied.

    On 03-15-2024 I attempted to fax paperwork at UPS Store #****. Instead of faxing both double sided documents together they faxed one side successfully and tried send the second side which kept failing because they kept sending it to my cell phone. After I told them they were sending the second side to my mt cell phone they said they weren't, and I showed them my cell phone. They then attempted to fax the second side to the correct number, and it failed. If they would have sent the entire document as double sided then it would have been faxed, but since they could not figure out how to my documents were not all sent and was incomplete. They still charged me for what they failing to do their jobs.

    I dropped off a package valued at $500 on August 3, 2023. At the time, I did not have a box to put the item it in, but I was told by the employee there that they would box it up for me and ship it. She gave me a tracking number and started helping the next person, so I was unable to see her actually box up the package.On August 8, 2023 I checked the tracking number and it stated that my package was still at the store. This seemed odd to me, so I called the store and they said that it was lost and to call the warehouse. I called the warehouse and didnt get any additional information.On August 9, 2023 I called the store and spoke to the manager and she seemed concerned about how the tracking number stated that the package had not left the store. She said that she would talk to the employee who helped me whenever she returned from her sick leave.I called the store on August 11, 2023 and the assistant manager of this store hung up on me twice during our conversations to figure out what has happened to my package.It seems as though the employee who helped me stole the package. This is infuriating and I would like justice.

    This matter was resolved. The item was delivered to the wrong address.The customer that recivevd it brought it to the store and it was returned back to the customer.
