I have tried to contact CDI Electronics and their Balmar brand division (both) multiple times about a their Balmar Duo Charger product and whether it is compatible with LiFePo4 batteries. I have called both numbers, left voicemails, and emailed with no response. I have tried contacting their tech support line as well as their sales lines with no success. Online documentation is not sufficient to answer the question about compatibility, and I have been unsuccessful in finding an alternative product that is compatible with LiFePo4 batteries by the manufacturer, adding additional confusion. Given I use these products for bluewater cruising to remote destinations, it is a safety concern that the manufacturer is not responding, as lithium batteries have been known to start fires if improperly setup (a literal death sentence if we are at sea). All I want is for someone from CDI Electronics, preferring from their Balmar divisikn/branch, to either 1) respond to my email with the answer, or 2) call me back to provide an answer. Personally, I find it highly unprofessional and shady to ignore customers for weeks without acknowledgment of the contact and/or followup to answer customer questions about the safety and performance parameters of their products. Anything the BBB can do to assist in getting this business to reply is much appreciated
