      I went to St **** in 2018 when I was having pain in my legs and feet . Dr ******* did stem cell transplants on my legs and a nurse had done electric *************** electric stimulation helped and then Dr ******* did the stem cell transplants. Also they gave me a bottle of a supplements from ******* called Neuro sense or Neuro something. I was feeling good as long as I was taking that. But then they no longer supplied it, so I was ordering it from ******* for $18. Then I couldnt buy it anywhere and contacted St **** and they said they couldnt get it either. When I stopped taking those supplements I began to feel worse and worse. ******* had taken it off the market. ***** had asked me if she could interview me and I consented. I was feeling good and told them the treatments had helped, but later after stopping the pills I felt progressively worse. ***** told me when she recorded the interview I could choose not to show the video at any time even though I had consented at the time. So I told ***** on my last day that I wanted to withdraw my video and not have it used in their advertising. She told me ok. Then later my neighbor at ******************** told me he saw me in an advertisement for St **** ********************** and they were showing it all the time. All I have is ****** verbal ok to not use it in agreement and my neighbor told me he was still seeing it in 2023. I believe this business is a fraud and fraudulently took my $7,000 under false pretenses. I live on a very very limited income and would like st **** to refund my money and remove my name and video from any advertising of St **** ********************** **********************.
