      Awful, awful experience. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. In July of 2024, I purchased a used vehicle from them. I financed through my credit union, who needed two documents from them. I left the ************ after texting an hour prior to notify my salesperson that Id be coming over to get said documents. When I got there, they were not ready. I waited for hours on 2 documents. Finally 5pm came and went and the credit union was closed , and they told me they had to run my credit to hold onto the car. I reluctantly agreed after being told it wouldnt affect my credit since the credit union had already run it that day. I finally got the documents the credit union needed and went home. The next morning when I went back to the ************ to finalize financing, they said it looked like I was now financing through Bentleys finance department. I explained that they said they had to pull my credit, and my credit union officer said that was not true. She called over there and they told her what theyd done, then she and at least two other loan officers at ******** about an hour to undo the mess Bentley caused. I should have walked, and wish I had. The turbo went about a week after purchase, stranding me out of state in the heat and causing me to miss work after getting it back home at my own expense (and quite a large one at that). Bentley, of course, ignored my calls until someone thought I was calling about a new purchase, then they just refused to help replace the turbo. I understand its buyer beware with any used car without warranty,, but i really thought you would get a better quality of car from a well-known dealership than you could at any lemon lot. I guess nit, as the turbo was only the first of many expensive issues. This car has been in the shop at least 15 times in 10 months. I am now reviewing after almost a year to hopefully save someone from this gut-wrenching experience. Take your business elsewhere; I wish I had.

      I purchased a 2024 ***** on July 12 2024 and found out afterward that the vehicle had been painted by the dealership. The salesman was aware that the vehicle was in the dealers body shop when I first inquired about the vehicle on July 9 2024 however he told me the vehicle was only in the shop for ***. ********************* does not seem to regard this as a problem even though I have stated I would have made other choices had the dealership been honest with me about the paint repairs.
