    ??????I bought a used ********** that seemed to be in good condition. On the same day, it had an engine misfire. I took it to the mechanic for diagnostics and found potential issues with the engine burning oil (which was also ending up in the cylinders), possible issues with the timing chain, and glue throughout the engine indicating that it had been taken apart. Either Ray Pearman was aware of this and sold the car anyway, or simply does not do due diligence on their cars.More troublingly, the dealership has so far shown no desire to make things right. I've been brushed off both over the phone and in person, and not received promised callbacks. They tell me that returns aren't possible and there's nothing in a similar price range I could trade it in for. Having a car is very important for me right now, and the one they sold me is demonstrably at the point of failure. I'm hopeful something will work out (maybe if they're willing to cover thousands of dollars worth of repairs, or reduce the price on a trade-in?), but even a one star is pretty generous given my experience so far.

    Supporting the Doers This is a shout-out for **** Pearman and his team at Ray Pearman Lincoln, **********, **. Although my 2022 Corsair was accidentally damaged with paint scratches during service, **** stood behind their commitment of quality customer service and paid for a detailer to restore the vehicle condition to like-new appearance. I am totally impressed that I can trust this dealership to do the right thing in a timely manner. Many thanks to **** and his team, and I hope they are blessed with great success!
