    Woody Anderson Ford in ********** is the EPITOME of AWFUL, NEGLIGENT AND NONEXISTENT ***************** There is a total lack of quality, experience and adherence for any known standards within their service department. I took my 2017 **** Expedition to have new brakes put onit took two weeks to get it in, two weeks to put brakes on and one week for a caliper to fall off and ruin a rim due to technician failing to re-install a bolt. It took two weeks to repair. Next, I had a recall and random misfire that made the vehicle undriveable. I called the Woody Anderson ****************** on Jan 15th 2024 to schedule service, was told no opening until April 4th, 2024 so I said that is fine. April 3rd, 2024 I had the vehicle towed to the ****************** lot. The tow driver left the keys at the service desk and the info for the vehicle. April 4th, 2024, the morning of service, I called the service department to confirm they had receipt of the vehicle and keys. After being put on hold for over 30 minutes, I was told I had no scheduled appointment. I asked to talk to a service manager. They said he will call me back. The next morning, I get a call and hear the service guy complain he was calling this **** guy who is bombarding the service department and he doesnt even have an appointment. When I explained I did, he says there is no record of the appointment and he would try to work me in. A week later I get a voicemail - service department cannot find the keys for the vehicle. They blamed the tow driver for not delivering the keys. I called the tow company and the driver said he absolutely delivered the keys. I asked to talk to the operations manager and that *** was obviously too busy to bother. Took a month and a half to make new keys and repair. The vehicle was filthy, had parts all over and had a dent on the front trim. AND after three days, find the problem was not corrected. I will never buy another ****, use Woody Anderson and will tell everyone I can, not to.

    Brought my car in a month ago for problems try to tell them whats going on they didnt quite listen they replace the battery in a hose then made me pay for a part that wasnt even in yet the whole month has gone by my car is broken down again the part is still not in I called to speak with somebody three times before I got a callback and they said what do you want me to do about it Im a single mom with two kids left all weekend with no car having to go to work with no car had my car towed in today Monday morning still havent received a call that my car is there or a call back from the voicemail that I left this morning at 7:30 AM
