    I hired Old Gin Carpets to replace the carpets in 10 classrooms with new mat flooring and to apply new trim. The job was only supposed to take 2 weeks, but has yet to be completed. I had to contact and beg installers to come out and put down flooring daily, and still am waiting for the trim to get finished. Multiple emails have been sent with the most recent being week before last, only resulting in 4 classrooms having trim done. The installers were set to return last week to finish, but did not return. We have not heard of another return date. I requested new installers be put on the project, but was told this wasn't an option. I just need the job finished.

    8/1/24 - We do apologize for not responding sooner to this complaint. The notifications were going to an old email that we no longer use. I just spoke to ****** over the phone and she reported that all her concerns have since been resolved. Our guys came the day after she filed the complaint and the job has been finished satisfactorily. We sincerely apologize to Autumn and ******************* and are happy that everything turned out well in the end.  - ******
