My vehicle is still leaking oil after being worked on. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem : no I have tried calling several times both the location where I got the work done at and corporate, and I have been unsuccessful.As per their warranty, I have not allowed anyone else to work my vehicle and this has caused a major inconvenience to me and my family.

    At Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers, we always strive to provide the best service to our customers. This service was not any different. The customer brought the vehicle in with a complaint of oil and coolant leaks. We addressed both leaks at the time of service. After repairs were made, the customer returned with further oil leaks. After discovering there was another oil leak, in a different location, we offered to repair the vehicle at a discounted rate to help take care of the customer. We pride ourselves on trust and integrity. We prioritized the oil leaks by the most obvious and severe,instead of offering to make potential unnecessary repairs. The customer declined. We have made multiple efforts to resolve this with the customer. All efforts were met with denial and objection. Express Oil Change is confident in the resolutions that were presented to the customer.
