TOCs Spine Specialist named *****************************************, intentionally misdiagnosed my medical condition. He was provided with the necessary documentation to make the correct diagnosis. **** CT Scan and the Radiologist notes on a level by level basis, which referred to Lumbar Radiculopathy only. His diagnosis was Arthritis of the knees, The **** CT SCAN and the Radiologist detailed Report didnt pertain to either knee. He is a disgrace to the medical profession, in my opinion. This was an intentional act on his part. It was done with ******, being that this is his area of expertise. I sought medical care elsewhere and filed an official complaint with the Alabama State Medical Board. In my opinion, its apparent he has a warp mind and evil side. He has completely lost sight of the Do No Harm Principle. Prayers for him and his Employer, in my opinion, hes a ticking time bomb.

This is the second time we have went here for our daughters thumb and we sit for almost 2 hours waiting when we made an apt before hand. This place is ridiculous. Every time you go in you have to go through the whole insurance coverage all over again but yet they use a computerized system. Makes no sense. Very frustrating for me and my wife. Will not go back here

My grandaughter had surgery with them accidentally used my debit card.she fixed it and used her debit card. They charged my card also. They kept my money in case she didn't not pay her bill. She has been released as a patient and they still have my ***** dollars Her surgery was October 27, 2022. I am not a patient nor ever have been not responsible for her she is an adult. I just want my money back. This is outrageous and theft.I am elderly and live an hour from my bank. I should not have to pay charges for stop payment for something I don't owe.
