      I contracted with Marathon painters in the fall of 2021 to paint the exterior of my home. Or actually a couple months before that. They completed the job in October 2021. By the spring, paint around the outside framing of my deck and balcony was bubbling, peeling, and hanging off. I called to ask for an inspection and repairs. Months and weeks went by with multiple calls taking place along with empty promises of visits and action. My last call to them was two or three weeks ago when I let them know I was having an event at my home on Labor Day weekend and it must be repaired before then. They came out on the last Saturday of August to do the job. I was out of town but that was fine. I returned Sunday walked out back to do an inspection and saw that they had skipped a side of my balcony. I called immediately and let them know I appreciated what they had done and it looked great but they skipped one section and I needed them to return immediately to get it repaired. I have yet to get a return phone call much less a visit or the repairs made. And here it is Labor Day weekend. I would never recommend doing business with this company.
