      We signed a "Service Agreement" with Alder Pest Control on 4-16-25. Our credit card was charged $79.00 for this first service. We had bugs dying within our house even though they only sprayed outside, No list of chemicals used was provided with the Service Agreement. We had to ask multiple times to get this chemical listing. In the mean time we became interested in what ****** from Alder, calls "essential oils/organic service. We had to ask many times for a listing of these chemicals. I am 72 years old and concerned about my health and how it might become affected from Alder Pest Control products. In addition we decided to change our plan to the organic spray method. When the service spray technician arrived, he knew nothing about this change and had to reschedule spraying for another undetermined day. At this point we decided to cancel/terminate our Alder Pest Control service as we were still within our 30 day "Money Back Guarantee" period. I wrote a letter (attached) requesting this termination and submitted it to Peyton at Alder Pest Control service.****** replied with a receipt to me for charging my credit card $652.00 for early termination fee. Combined with the $79.00 we already paid, this totals $731.00 charged to our credit card. We would like a $652.00 refund based upon the one actual pest control service provided by Alder Pest Control. Even though the Service Agreement refers to a "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" , we are not seeking a refund of the one spray service.

      So I do retention for Alder and I spoke with **** and **** after they submitted this complaint. I fixed and cleared up the misunderstanding and they are actually continuing our services and are happy with how we resolved this issue!
