    Nov. 8, 2024 I purchased photos from this company via their website. I did not receive the photos and decided to call them Dec. 4, 2024. The lady gave me the run around and told me she did not see my order. She asked for proof of purchase and I texted her 2 copies of my credit card statement indicating that I paid for the photos. She claimed they are using another lab and she does not even see where my son took the pictures thru his preschool (The xxxxxxxxxx of Pelham). I provided her the access code and other identifiers of the pictures. After ending our phone call, she called me back 5 minutes later stating she doesn't know what happened and promised to mail the pictures to me after she claims to have found them. I attempted to call her today and text her and she will not respond. On our 1st conversation I offered that I wanted a refund without the pictures and she said she would mail me a check to refund me and still send the pictures. Neither of these things have occurred and she is refusing my phone calls. I want my money back! She has hustled me for my money! She and her company are a fraud!

    I heard from the company and they made it right. They reimbursed me the money I paid and sent the photos. Thank you

    Yesterday, December 26, 2024, I received your letter dated Dec 16 - obviously your actual response was delayed by you or the post office.  I have previously  made two refunds for the full amount of the purchase, $18.30 - The order was for one photo which I've ordered from my lab and sent direct to the customer, not once but twice.  Today 12/27 I will order it a 3rd time.  I will again have the lab send the photo directly to ******* ******.  In addition, I will mail a hard copy of this message, to you, along with a 3rd refund for you to pass on to ******* ****** -
