    On March 26 2022 I paid for a Childs birthday party and was charged for 10 extra adults that were not to be included on the list. My daughter has used this store several times for children parties and went online to request a date. While reserving the party the questions were asked how many children and adults would be in attendance. The correct answer was 10 children and 10 adults would be there but not part of the package deal. On that Saturday I discovered that we were being charged for 20 people. The website that was used to register for the party crashed before she completed the registration, Normally the pages asked the type of party and the numbers required for gifts and food/drink. The website also show a dollar total before you submit the request. My daughter could not finish the request due to thunder storm and lightening activity broke the internet connectivity.The manager said she called the day before but we have no record of that and really do not answer unknown calls. No voice message was done by the manager either. I called the manager the next week and spoke to her, She stated that she told us we could have returned the drinks and the extra game cards and they would have been deducted from the price, She did not relay that information to anyone. I contacted corporate Headquarters in March and received a online confirmation they would return my query.. I have not heard anything and used their online web service to contact them again.I believe the restaurant overcharged me $322.80 in excess charges of attendance numbers and food and beverage prices.
