  Where do I begin. Ill keep this one short. They have the worst customer service for the amount of money they charge. Took months to be approved to put a fence in my backyard. They didnt even know what the regulations were.

  The ********* of **** ******* has been using Bell Woods Management company to maintain their *** since the ********* began. I have lived in several *** communities, but this is the worse company I have ever dealt with. They are obligated under the law to provide the ********* financial statements but refuse to hand them over. The lawn maintenance has been a huge problem since the beginning and now they are trying to raise the *** fees for lawn maintenance that isn't being performed. All of the common areas are getting overgrown with weeds and the *** and lawn maintenance company does nothing about it. There have been several street signs falls down because they were not installed correctly, and they won't even take the time to have them fixed. The residents of **** ******* are going to be forced to spend their own money to hire a lawyer just to make Bell Woods do their job they are being paid for.

  Their customer service is about the worst I have ever experienced. They take money but do not do the service work they are supposed to do. I consider them completely irresponsible and incompetent. They do as little as possible as late as possible. They have every excuse in the book. They dont treat people nicely. They did not treat me properly. They often leave phone numbers off correspondence. They want as little to do with their customers as possible. I would not hire them for anything. Zero. They dont use common courtesy. They avoid properly communicating with customers. They do not seem to be organized. They do not seem to have their record keeping straight. They do not seem to care about their customers. I dont trust anything they say, write or do. I hope they go out of business one day.

  Another resident of River Landing, and a lake lot owner. This company serves as the middle man for my ***. On multiple occasions they have been contacted regarding the trees surrounding the retention pond in my neighborhood. These trees are a hazard and since the *** refused to address them they have grown to 25 or so, and are no longer growing up and are crossing into multiple properties. I contacted the *** again since this is a significant risk to my property (given the potential for windstorm/tornado). I was once again told that they will not be taking action. I didnt even bother asking for complete removal this time, I only requested that the large branches hanging over my property be removed. This could easily be remedied by the grounds maintenance personnel that are already paid to care for this area. While the 2023 budget has not been provided, for 2022 $75,000 was budgeted, but again, theyve refused to take action. Their solution to me? That I, the resident, take responsibility for an action that theyve refused-despite it being theirs. Mind you, these trees are not on my property. These are at the bottom of a steep incline, rooted in a pond. They have graciously given their permission to remove these trees myself- something that I do not have the tools, training or equipment to do. Or I can personally pay for them to be cut and removed. If I am injured during this process, what then? If (when) another tree falls and damaged my property-then what? Both of these would be directly resultant of their negligence-but it is guaranteed that they would ignore that too.
