    ********************, and **** did an amazing job with our move yesterday. We had a ton of boxes, some appliances, and furniture and some tight stairwells and they handled it all. Cant recommend them highly enough! Also, after calling what felt like 100 moving companies that didnt have availability, I really appreciated being able to schedule online.

    If I could give 10 stars I would. They were the best. The best pricing, and amazing service. They were so polite, and kind. They worked so hard, and efficiently. We will use them for all future moves. **** and ****** were the best! Thank You Countrywide Relocations.

    I hired Countrywide Relocations thanks to their positive reviews and very competitive rates, and Im so glad I did! **** and ***** were courteous and extremely efficient, swiftly moving everything from our one bedroom apartment to a shipping yard and loading into a container for long distance transport. Although the container was tiny, they managed to make everything fit and finished in under the quoted timeframe.

    They will not answer calls, nor return voicemails, nor emails and management called "*******" never returns calls even after 20 voicemails! ****** in **************** does not answer or return calls either. I called them multiple times a day for a month. We were almost homeless w/noone to pick up or put our stuff. ****** finally called ************* Movers-a ************************* called me less than 14 hours before picking up our stuff. He charged me $700 more than the sales *************** and **** the guy quoted on the final report. 12 days after they picked up our stuff a Driver, not from Infinity Movers, shows at my door unannounced at 7:41am on a Saturday morning. No Mover, just him the driver!! He had no knowledge of what they had put in the truck. Quickly realized he had no tools and no way to put anything together w/o knowledge to put anything together!! He said Infinity Movers called him & said it was a small load & one man could handle it. He said if he knew it was a piano, refrigerator, XL Vanity table, Grandfather clock, washing machine and King and ************** with headboards and XL Exercise Bike, which is def a 2 man job, he would not have picked it up. He had to answer an ad to get help! No Mover, NO MOVER was sent to unload our very heavy/bulky furniture! Infinity Movers left the chord & plug 2 my $1299.00 XL Stationary Bike, and my Player Piano will not play and my Grandfather Clock Pendulum is broken so Clock does not work! Unfortunately, I had put an $893.00 downpayment down 8 months before the move so I would avoid inflationary prices so I would have lost that money if I had changed movers and Countrywide ********** Services refused to refund it! Now Countrywide Relocators located in ******* w/ manager ******* and ***************** and Contract giver ******* reps will not answer the phone nor return my phone calls like before and I cannot find paperwork to fill out to report damages!! Do not use this company nor Infinity Movers who they subcontract out to!!

    Normally I don't leave reviews but Countrywide Relocations was VERY helpful and professional. I am in the Air Force and was getting a PCS (Permanent Change of Station) from ******* ********** to ************ ********. Going almost **** miles I was upset thinking my belongings would get damaged. The service they told me about white glove, blanket and pad wrapping of all my furniture to avoid damage was true. They wrapped everything and had it staged in the truck tight. I watched them fill the truck like they were playing Tetris. Nice guys, I grabbed them some pizzas and Gatorade because I had a lot of stuff to move. They arrived at my new ********** days later and my property looked just like it did when they packed it. Unloading was faster then when they loaded it and they unwrapped all my furniture and staged my house with my property in the rooms I wanted them in. They also put my wife's canopy bed back together and all the kids beds. I didn't get pizza but gave them a nice tip to enjoy whatever they wanted. I was very impressed with my move and the professionalize they showed my family. I will refer you guys to all my comrades' for future moves. Thank you again!

    FRAUD! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will provide you with a competitive quote and secure your move with a deposit. BUT on day of move, they contract out with another company to do the move and quote they provided is WAY OFF. Estimate they provided regarding space needed was 40% different (420cf vs 300 cf) than what was confirmed on day of move. Forced to pay the additional $600 or they would keep our furniture in storage and we would have to pay a storage fee. If I had them unload the truck and cancel the move, they already had half my money and it was nonrefundable! They responded to my complaint by referencing their contract that quotes are only estimates of spacing needed for move. TOTAL RIP OFF! DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT SALESPERSON QUOTES YOU! VERY UNETHICAL!

    We are sad to see that we were not able to meet your expectations but wanted to respond to your claim in a clear and concise way so we can also bring to the public our side of the story, and like you say, inform future customers of what really happens.  
    First, we disclose in our website and in all documents and estimates our role as a moving broker company. It is clearly stated, openly, that we create the quote and use one of our partner carrier companies for clients moves. Moving brokers play a big role in the moving and general trucking industry as we create partnerships and relationships to help transport personal cargo all across *******, and operate as sales and customer sales arms for many small carriers that operate a few vehicles and are present in remote areas that not even bigger companies cover. The initial deposit is a common customary practice in all moves needed to secure a spot in a semi-truck trailer or other type of truck. Just in the same way you pay in advance for an airline ticket which by the way is usually nonrefundable unless you pay a higher price for a refundable ticket. Regarding the quote part, we work with all clients in at least two separate calls to create the estimate to send the client for review, approval and signature and it is always declared that the estimate is pending for a final amount at the day of pickup. The concept is simple. If your home fills the whole capacity of a truck, you will pay for the whole capacity, if you only take half, you will pay for that cubic footage. It is really simple. The reason why the final price is dictated during pick up is because some clients need to add or subtract items, or simply because the items in the inventory have bigger dimensions that the generic measures used by the system used for the quotes. 3 seater sofas can be small, or they can be huge... (the system uses an average) and that is why it is an estimate! Also, some clients do not tell the agents if some items cannot be stacked, or they just forget to add items they had in a nearby storage facility. What we are trying to say is that clients always have the possibility to make changes even at the time of pickup and that the flexibility is there if the truck has enough space. The truck boxes or trailers are marked so everybody can check the final cubic footage their home took!! *****************, our goal is to provide all our clients with an excellent level of service and we are successful in more than 92% of all moves, and it is sadly an 8% that have delays, damages, or other issues, but we always work with our clients to find solutions. At the end of the day you paid for the amount of truck space your move required and the process was completed as agreed. Please let us know if there is another way we can help you as we would love to have a second chance in the future.

    I had a great experience moving from ******* to *******! From **** in sales, to ******* at customer service, to the movers it was a first class experience.... I had to change my moving date because of personal issues and ******* helped me and was super nice and accommodating . They packed everything up perfectly, loaded and unloaded everything without anything breaking... I am going to tell everyone about country wide movers!
