    On 3/27/24, I placed an order with the subject company. The order was a custom made gift and was to be shipped to an address that is out of state (*******, **). On 4/16/24 I sent an email to the subject business, inquiring about my order. I had made attempts before that to try and get a status update off of their website to no avail. Additionally, I used an app that they show on their website, that is supposed to track my order. That app did not work for me. On 5/1/24, I sent a 2nd email about my order. I received an email that my order shipped on 5/1/24. On 5/9/24, I received a notice that my order was delivered. I contacted the recipient and asked that they send me a picture of what they received. It was not what I ordered. This company is not responding to my request or making any attempt to help me and I am now seeking to get a refund of my money ($32.99) for the portion of the product that I paid for and did not receive.
