      - Date of Transaction March 17, check cashed March 24, 2025.- Paid $315.00 for tax preparation both Federal and State, hard copy, and online submission of same. Check was cashed with scribbled un-readable name purposefully designed to obscure the identity of the person cashing the check. ********, Madision, AL, ******** St apparent accomplice.- Business "Liberty Tax" ******************************************; aka Cash Money Corp (CMC) City license *****, after tax season: ******************************************, DBA "Liberty Tax", registered agent **** ****** (aka ***** ******).- Liberty Tax/CMC did not perform the services nor provide any tax return, cashed check for $315.00 failed to perform the services and refused to refund this amount.- Liberty Tax guarantees highest refund, as of April 17, 2025 3pm did not complete and provide a 1040 Federal or AL **** 40 to the customer nor submit submit/file a timely (not late) to the *** or AL D.O.R. The customer had to take extra steps and time by going to both the *** and AL DOR offices on 4/15/2025 for discussions and timely, not late, actions to make estimated payments.- Liberty Tax principal **** ****** stated, "my printer isn't working." and "I don't have time.". Previously he failed to show for a scheduled April 7 appointment & didn't even notify the customer he would not be present as scheduled. Subsequent days he wasn't even in the office during peak tax season. The customer's time was wasted to attend a No Show meeting.- Liberty Tax, CMC represented they were experienced in the necessary pertinent topics but failed to be sufficiently knowledgeable & is keeping the monies paid in advance without as of 4/16/2025 filing tax returns or providing a hard copy to the customer, stating on 4/16/2025 "at this point We'll call it even.". Even for what? NOTHING provided to the customer. ********************** Tax has both customers phone & email (previously used). No contact was made after check was cashed. Unethical RIPOFF theft.

      I went there for them to do my taxes and they said the charge will be $161. The first lady that did my paperwork forgot one of my **2 so I went back 3 days later to tell them but she wasn't there so this other lady looks at my file said yes she forgot one so she would have to do a Amended so the amount will change it was $511 change to $561 and was told the amount I had to pay for service $161 when I got my refund it was $290 and should have gotten $400 cause it was not me that forgot the **2 the first lady forgot it they charged me more for the service. They text me today to come and sign some papers and lady today didn't give all my paperwork either. I been going back and forth with since 2/6/23 about my right amount of refund and was getting the running round come back later. I will never used there service again. You work hard for your money and people just get over on you thinking they can get away with it. I know that it's not a lot but it's still mine. I had three different ladies with my paperwork I know it's not right. Thanks *****************************
