I used this tax service to file my 2021 income tax, and all was fine.I used them for my 2022 tax return. I called to ask the status of my Income Tax Refund. They said they had lost my 2022 Income Tax Report. I was asked to bring what information I had to their office. I took the 2022 Income Tax records they had given me. When they reviewed the records I had, they said had no record of my file. I inquired what action I needed to do next. The agent that prepared my Income Tax said just wait another ten days or so and see if your refund is deposited in your bank. This agent was inefficient, lost my Tax File, and didn't claim any responsibility for his actions.His actions are unacceptable.

Yes, unfortunately a misplaced file caused a 3 week delay in the filing of **************** tax return. **************** I sincerely apologize and I've already sent an apology letter and a refund of our tax preparation fee to you, mailed the same day of your visit. I regret that the young tax preparer did not come get me to help resolve the issue while you were in the office. We pride ourselves on being very efficient and accurate but, we are human, and mistakes do happen occasionally. Now that you're return has been filed, you should receive your refund according to the *** timetable.
