    My vehicle was towed on 2/2/2024 after quitting on me at a church parking lot. They had it towed by Ace towing. I contacted them on Saturday 2/3/2024 to try and get my vehicle released. They explained to me that no one was there as they were gone out of town and that I could pick it up on Monday. The dispatcher quoted a charge of $****** and did not mention any other fees. I also had a family member call, and she was told that the storage fee was $40.00 after the first 24 hours and that the gate fee was $50.00, she asked if there were any other fees, and she was told "no". The dispatcher also said that a receipt would be rendered after payment. When I went to get my car on Monday 2/5/2024 the charge was increased to ******. I was told that there was a gate fee ($50.00) admin fee (******) storage fee (******) and an impound fee ($140.00) I asked for the fees and asked that I receive a receipt with a breakdown of the fees, they refused to give me a receipt with no reason. I paid an excessive amount and believe is warranted a receipt. I called the police department no emergency number to file a report and she said there was nothing that could be done for me to have my car back is the receipt. I am a young ******* American female and I feel like I have been taken advantage of. I even asked the person who released my car if he could give me a receipt and he said he does not do admin work.

    We are in the office hours Monday -Friday 8am to 5pm and we have set rates per impounds and wrecks and storage does get added on everyday that the car is in a locked gate with cameras. Along with everyone else we are in compliance with our rates and days that someone is in the office hours, everyone has the opportunity to come pick up the vehicles ******* business hours only and we cant be there 24/7 as we are towing and every towing company is the same.

    The vehicle was abandoned when we picked up, we are closed on weekends but we do tow 24/7 our office hours is Monday through Friday 8am to 5 pm when a car is brought in its starts storage of $40 per day and the tow fee of $150 to $175 for after hours, along with storage and after the 3rd day it gets reported to the state and another $150 gets added to the other charges. we cant be open 24/7 so we have set hours like everyone else. the charges are legit along with other towing companies actually they are cheaper probably. Some don't like the charges they are when they pick up said vehicles and don't agree but we are fair to everyone and treat everyone the same and we have set prices as well so its all fair across the board,
