    I called at 10:44am on February 9th and was told over the phone it would be $105 to tow my SUV to a mechanic 3 miles down the road. When the technician got here he tried to jump start my vehicle before attaching it to the towtruck. He DID NOT tell me they would charge another $100 for attempting to jumpstart. My SUV died as soon as he unplugged the cables. The technician then loaded my SUV on the tow truck while his associate took down my credit card information. AFTER loading my SUV and getting my information, he told me it was $205. When I called the Affordable Towing office, the operator said sorry for the confusion for not being told of the extra $100 charge. Basically too bad too sad, you now owe us $205. The technician should have told me of the extra charge BEFORE trying the jumpstart. This company scammed me out of $100.

    We called for mobile repair to our ******* was running rough. The gentleman explained the price. We just needed to get ****** going. There add listed them as mobile Rv repair. The gentleman came out to fix it and did NOT have the correct diagnostic plug to diagnose our problem. He left and we had to pay a large bill on the spot. Nothing was diagnosed or fixed. This is shameful business.

    We have not heard from affordable towing on a resolution of the charge for service not given.  

    We appreciate BBB involvement in continuing to help us get a resolution.  This was a lot of money spent on a non service.
