    I've been with AAA for 35 years. I have never had a bad experience until United was supposed to come and provide battery assistance. They never showed up, didn't answer their phone, and their voicemail box was full.

    Is there an option for -33 stars? This is sad to write, but United Towing has fallen. Post Covid, they should call themselves Frauds United Toeing. Why? Because they stink! Service: poor if any at all lol.4 days for an alternator. Still not fixed. Damaged my car. I'm now without a work car. Customer service: none Working phone number: sometimes Lol Should they pay for additional licenses since they're also transporters? Or did they mean, vehicle transporters? Point blank. If you know me, then you already know I play to win. To dominate, and if you know my marketing ability, you already know a few good towing companies will notice their phones starting to ring a lot more often soon. United's will slow down and eventually stop. You see, I don't do mean stuff to people like these guys tried to. I go higher! Instead, I reroute their business to their competitors through fierce marketing so I just get better and better at what I do. Then, their phones just STOP ringing.     I contacted my AAA motor club on 8/11/23 due to being stranded on the side of the highway at 3am. The trash technician called and said someone was coming and almost 2 hours later said they did not service or tow teslas. They could have told AAA that when they were dispatched. Then the trash technician text and said someone was coming to help during this 3 hours no one came. They provided terrible customer service. I will never use them again.
