      Did not complete the job, would not respond to calls. Left messages on both "office" and "cell" numbers. Did not haul off the bamboo that was cut down- left on street and I had to hire someone else to remove it. Was supposed to spray 3 times for poison ivy, only did initial spray, did not return.

      They do not live up to the terms of their contracts. **** cut down & debris haul off.We contracted to have our (3 neighbors) tree cut down and debris hauled away. They was a team of men and they went fast to work. The tree cut down was fast but had a few hiccups (nothing major). The problem comes when they pile everything ** in the street and promise the claw truck is coming to pick it up. They never come and then the gentleman from Public Works shows up and tells you that you'll have to pay the city for removal. Two neighbors have paid in full. They other is being collected today. I am strongly urging him not to pay until the debris of 5 trees is cleaned up, just as we were promised. I have made multiple attempts to contact them, they do not answer their phones, the email address is not valid, I have texted them....crickets. No response. I have since looked at ******** and the BBB and discovered that this is common practice for them under several business names:Sarah's **** Service, Paul's **** Service, S&R **** Service. They show you a license and insurance and appear to be on the up and up. I am disappointed, to say the least that we were scammed. Please don't use this service. Now I have to determine a way to get rid on the mountain of debris.
