    This scam has many twists and turns. I thought I was purchasing directly from the manufacturer for a medical supplement. Mind you, people who need this product which is actually made by ORTHO MOLECULAR (will explain), and are very sick. Here are the events which unfortunately took place.Ordered 1 bottle of 60 capsules at a price of ***** which was billed on 7/3/23 to my ***** I bought from this "company" and not anyone else. I contact them on 7/10 asking for a tracking number. I received a tracking number via a link which you could barely read. That's why I asked for tracking again. A number had been assigned but not tendered yet. Sent a third email 7/11/23 still no shipment yet and requested to CANCEL. On 7/12, the same thing so I sent TWO separate reinstating that I wanted to cancel and get full refund. More importantly, I had to make other arrangements. Here is the worst part, they still lied when they responded that they could not cancel no matter how many times they hit the "cancel" button. You know, every company has an override and to make someone who is ill go through this, is beyond the pale. Here is the slimiest part. Just now, I opened up an AMAZON envelop and there is a bottle of Motility Pro. I don't buy supplements from Amazon. The reviews for this product on AMAZON are terrible because of the seller. I never gave Amazon my ***** THE VERY WORST PART is when I found out who to call and spoke with the experts at Ortho Molecular, they only go through specificy pharmacies and clinicians so this type of thing doesn't happen. I WAS OVERCHARGED over 95%!!! That's right, their recommendation is a charge to the customer of $45. This is a scam. For someone who suffers from a debilitating illness, this just made things worse. I DO NOT WANT THAT LIFEIRL to call me. I don't feel well. I want my entire refund back on my ***** Send a prepaid RA and I'll send this product back. What an ugly situation this has been. I no longer have any confidence in this company. That's why I am going through BBB. Thank you.

    I was so exhausted when I wrote the complaint.    THE LifeIRL MARKUP on the product was OVER 200% that which the manufacturer recommends.  I spoke with the manufacturer directly.   SECONDLY, the shipper shows" STARS and MOON LLC" out of *******.  This keeps getting better.   I plan on contacting Amazon to find out why this happened.  I didn't pay Amazon.  You can only go through clinicians and Specialty Pharmacies for this product.   The Amazon reviews were bad due to seller.  I am a very good customer of Amazon and I know better to buy medical supplements from them.  BTW, on Amazon the product (60 capsules) was $58.50 and the only 2 reviews mention scam!  Not sure who this seller is...how Amazon got mixed ** in all of this is to be determined.   I will find out and report back.

    Here is additional information.  ********* ************ (LifeIRL.com) has not responded to me about resolving a full refund per the request via BBB.  If they tell you they have, it is yet another lie. Due to the lack of response, the following was sent to LifeIRL.com.   On 7/20, there were 2 more emails sent to LifeIRL.com. (If you need copies of all emails, would be happy to send to you.)  ******** was contacted and a FRAUD report commenced.   As you know, a bank will investigate and **** is also involved.  Per their policy, a new card was issued to protect from further fraud.  This could all have been avoided if they would have just cancelled days before shipping, as requested.  Another email sent the same day 7/20/23 reviewed all the lies that led up to this unfortunate situation.  On 7/21/23 two more emails were sent to LifeIRL.com.  A request was made AGAIN for a prepaid label so that this "product" could be returned.  Ortho Molecular  (manufacturer) advised not to use the product.  I wouldn't have after we found out by speaking with AMAZON, that the tracking number originated in ******** **.  NOT AMAZON in ******* (they show their distribution address with "Moon and Stars" as the shipper in *******.  AMZON advised the tracking was not in their system.  Amazon is also conducting an investigation.  This is defrauding Amazon ensnaring them in the web of lies.  The same day, 7/21 another email was sent advising that no name or position title was left so there was no way of knowing who was receiving the emails.  AMAZON confirmed that the Amazon receipt was FAKE.

    It was also mentioned that they prey on the sick and vulnerable.  The amount of stress is beyond the pale.  Very time consuming as well.

    Jan 26, 2023 I purchased a $ ****** package from lifeirl. I never received an invoice or the product . The web sight doesnt provide any information on contacting them ! All in an never ending circle of dead ends. I want my money back or my products, but there is no way to get in contact with them , please help. Yours ****
